Pretty much any work you do in a commercial capacity where they will use the photos for their own biz use. And included in here is a non-disclosure agreement if the client wants one, an extended license (for things such as selling your copyright for the big bucks!),

The Commercial Photography Agreement which covers

• The ins and outs of the shoot/event details (when, where, for how long, with whom, etc.)

• Description of Services and Rate + Additional costs (like if you need a permit for shooting in a certain location, travel, overtime, etc.)

• The booking process (how they will pay, what details you need from them in order to make the shoot happen, etc.)

• Cancellation Policy

• Operating Procedures

• Dangerous Conditions Clause

• Rights to Intellectual Property + Copyright & Client Image Use is there too (this is where you can decide if you will allow them full copyright and then use the included extended license agreement)

The Agreement for Photography Services (this “Agreement”) is a general contract applicable to United States federal and common law and may not address the laws or regulations of any individual state or country.
